RETURNS
Any online purchase you make can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange, as long as it meets the Return Guidelines below:
- Any unused item returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund
- Any unused item returned within 31-60 days of purchase will receive store credit *
The following items are not returnable:
- Jocks and Jills
- Base Layer Bottoms
- Mouth Guards
- Baked and/or Sharpened Skates
- Any Used Product
All returns must be unused (new condition) and accompanied by the original receipt/packing slip and the original tags. Any items returned used and/or without the original receipt will be denied any refund.
Your refund will be processed using the same method that the original purchase was made.
Returns may also be made at any retail location as long as it meets the above guidelines.
Any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Special orders and team orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
